I live in Chicago, but a close friend of mine was admitted to the ICU at St. Elizabeth's in Appleton suddenly. It was Valentine's weekend and I was having a hard time finding someone who could quickly, (as in "same day"), deliver a food basket to the ICU waiting room for her family who were all there to support her. I needed to get a same-day flower delivery to my aunt but it was rather late in the day (almost 2:00 p.m.). I live in Europe and I didn't know any local florists in the Fox Cities. I chose Charles the Florist based solely on the fact that they could get the delivery out that same day. So I placed an order on their website. I received flowers from Charles on Mothers Day! They were beautiful. Not just your everyday arrangement. My flowers came in really nice vase, and are bright and colorful. They still look brand new! I will definetely use them when I send flowers.

I must give the credit where the credit is due. In summary - I had a dear friend pass away unexpectedly a short while ago. While grieving, I had let the ordering of a floral arrangement for the memorial slip through the cracks. The same day and within hours of the service, they guided me through a range of options, and delivered my selection to the venue. At a fair price, they'd proven themselves to be very helpful and delivered the product... a quality one at that. That's solid business 101. Thank you guys.

Well if you are looking for flowers know that all the places you go if you ask for tulips they try to steer you clear of them. But Charles the Florist was willing to do them for me and it turned out great! But it also helped that we had unseasonable cold spring. But the tulips held for pictures and looked still great a week later.

Janet was awesome! From the very beginning, she was super helpful and nice. She really helped us figure out what we wanted. She also understood that we didn't have an unlimited budget to work with. Best of all, our flowers were absolutely beautiful!

Service with a smile! – Charles the Florist has changed owners in the past year. Conveniently located in downtown Appleton - it's a great spot to stop for a quick bouquet of fresh flowers, or a gorgeous house plant. They also have alot of great gift ideas!
