Terrible. I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. Horrible practice with a dirty atmosphere. Everything is outdated
I am a new patient. The three times I called over two months to try to book an appointment, the doctor was already booked for weeks, or on vacation. There is no scheduling urgent appointments here and I didn’t feel like they tried extremely hard to get me in.

Horrible experience I would NOT recommend Dr. Charles Ku to anyone. First off, it took me about 3 months to be added to his "roster" of new clients, which is literally a hard copy roster they go by in his office. However, since I had read good reviews, I decided to wait. I went in for cleaning only, the staff was nice, but the doctor did not spend any time with me and was extremely fast and rough when performing the cleaning. Charles T Ku Inc is a great dentist! Dr. Ku and his staff are incredibly friendly. I don't have many dental problems, so I go for routine cleanings. However, Dr. Ku laid out a plan for my husband to fix all of his dental problems. Dr. Ku's staff works with your insurance company so you don't have to. His office is relaxing - and super fast! No 30 minute wait when you have an appointment (how Dr.'s should be!)
Painful Dr. Ku was friendly and fast, but he was far too rough. I am one of the odd few who actually enjoy going to the dentist, bc I love to have clean teeth, but this was a really horrible experience for me. I've moved a lot, and as a result have visited many dentists, and this was the most painful and worst experience I have had at any dentist. I've never had a dentist make me bleed so much or cause such pain. Dr. Ku moved incredibly fast, so much so that he took no time to take any care or caution around the gum line. Wh... read more
