Apparently over two years ago, I incurred charges that were coinsurance after my insurance paid. I was never billed for the charges. The first that I knew they existed was when I was served by the sheriff. I called the office and was told that I had to speak to their attorney. I called the attorney who told me they didn't have a copy of the bill. It took several weeks and one court date before I was able to get a copy. If could 0 stars I would. wait 1 1/2 hours to see Nurse Practitioner and had myelograms from previous and paper work. I was the ONLY patient in the WHOLE waiting room and waited 1 1/2 hours called to see Nurse Practitioner. She saw me for 5 yes 5 minutes.. Said I looked at your myelogram and I would say I dont see anything that would cause you to have surgery Even though I have 2 herniated disc's in the lower back. WOULDNT take my dogs to this clinic.. No explanation of why I had to wait I think it was lunch time and she did... read more

I saw a dermatoligist about my cracked finger nails, and I was told there was nothing to do. Put some cream on my nails. Duh. Then she says she'll pray for them. She prayed over my nails. A couple of months later, they are not better, so she doesn't even have any powers! That cost me $50. Pretty good racket, I'd say.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! i have never in my life written a review because i have never felt passionate enough to take the time to do so. Well, I have been to this clinic a handful of times and its always been just OK... well today i made an appt. for a severe sinus infection and took $50 bill to pay my $30 co-pay... No change even though it was in the afternoon and was forced to use my credit card. I have gone to two different doctors in this group and neither one was friendly and neither one believed how I was feeling. They both thought my case was too complicated to deal with. They basically are cookie cutter doctors. They only can diagnose common diseases found in a text book without an open mind for anything out of the ordinary.

Choose a doctor that will care & call to see how you are doing. Don't choose dr. E.Ragnar Peterson.

I saw Dr. Frielich when my test results were for high liver enzymes. I could not have gone to a more thorough or caring specialist. He was conservative when ordering the tests he needed to make his diagnosis. I was treated as an individual person, not as a patient or insurance ID number.
