As other reviewers have said, treatments that are not covered by insurance seem to be preferred here. The first time it happened, I let it go. When I next received a voicemail that, oops, insurance didn't cover that last visit either, I cancelled any remaining appointments. I also think it's strange that the office is replying to all the reviews that are critical of their practices.
I had a great experience here! This has become my permanent dentist office to go for any needs. The staff is so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. They are thorough in their assessments and take the time to explain things to you.

Friendly and professional, coming here makes me actually feel alright that I'm going to the dentist. Dr. Madani is great, as is the whole staff.
10 years ago Dr Madani and team were able to take great care of me on short notice when my tooth pain turned out to require a root canal. Not only did Dr. Madani perform a thorough root canal, she was also able to form a crown in-office and fit it on the remaining part of my tooth, which she prepared to hold my crown. Although I moved out of the area several years ago, I am still grateful to Dr Madani for her excellent work and care for me.
