I went to have a regular cleaning. I was transferred from Texas to Baltimore. I had a cleaning at my previous dentist six months prior. I paid my co-pay and paid for new photos at time of visit. I then received an additional $165 bill after the visit because I was told my regular cleaning was more than typical so it had to be coded a different way which my insurance denied. Honestly visiting this dentist is inspiring. Everyone is so friendly, competent, and professional. I had an excellent experience and truly felt cared for and respected. Highly recommend.
As other reviewers have said, treatments that are not covered by insurance seem to be preferred here. The first time it happened, I let it go. When I next received a voicemail that, oops, insurance didn't cover that last visit either, I cancelled any remaining appointments. I also think it's strange that the office is replying to all the reviews that are critical of their practices.
