Worst company ever. He lost me two sets of tenants they left because of the way he treated them. Both tenants found me (the owner) to let me know why they were leaving and it was because of him. The ironic part was I was already unhappy with the company service. His daughter was my point of contact and she NEVER replied to my emails. You get what you pay for he has the cheapest property management fee in town.
Take your business elsewhere. Wouldn't answer the phone if it was strapped to his head and God was on the line. Keeps no inventory of condition of homes and very untrustworthy. Makes promises that will not be kept and just plain rude. Stay away!!
Really bad experience. Wouldn't rent with Charles stallions again. After paying rent on time for the entire lease, letting him know months in advance that we would be leaving at the end of our lease, he continued to threaten to sue (evict). When we signwd the lead stating we'd pay $1000.00 a month, he told us "oh wait, its supposed to be 1200. The ad online wasn't updated!" No. It was very much so updated.
