Buyer beware! Talks the talk, but doesn't keep his word. Typical old school car salesman, full of hot air and dumb jokes! Just call someone else, do yourself a favor! Nope, not my agent, but has a side business doing renovating. Hired him to install a drain for a sump pump and ended up with a costly flood due to his shoddy work. Unprofessional. Would not fix his mistakes or return half my money so I could hire competent people to do the work.
