I went to the New City office to discuss my questions and was met with a very rude representative, Alex Kwon. I apologized for coming in without an appointment, but since there wasn't anyone else in the office I thought Alex could answer a few of my questions. He said he had an appointment coming in, who was running late, and said he can chat for a few. But, he was so rude and rushed me out without letting me actually ask any questions. Just opened my first Schwab account online and was told to go here. Office hours by appointment only and they won't accept cash deposit anyway. Was given a mail envelope for Orlando and told to mail a bank check. I drove an hour to get here. No one answers the phone and the message doesn't say by appointment only. It's just one guy in an office complex with no street sign but address is correct. Good luck lol.
