Not Customer Friendly I was transferring my assets to the Portland office and was assigned Wayne Janicki as my advisor. However, once Mr. Janicki learned I'd had a stroke and was now legally blind he told me I needed a legal guardian for me to work with him. He refused my request he speak with people who could assure him I was capable of handling my own finances and said he did not want to work with me and he hung up.
