absolutely the worst bank ever, I updated my email address and because of that the locked my online access and are making me GO TO A BRANCH!! What is this 1985?? Oh and guess what, they are closed on the weekends!
Their receptionists are young, inexperienced, and in general do not bring professionalism or confidence to this location. I came in hoping to transfer shares coming off restriction, and they were not helpful and could not explain why this particular stock transfer was not accepted at Schwab even though I could purchase the same exact stock on the Schwab app???
I have been a very satisfied Schwab client for over 30 years. I went to this office to try to speak with an advisor about setting up a 529 plan as I was in the area where a relative of mine lives. I was very surprised that the representative who greeted me at the reception was not able to help me. I do believe Schwab is still a good organization with extremely highly standards for customer service but unfortunately this branch does not meet those standards.
