Went there to close my account. Person helping me, although efficient, didn't even ask me why or try to retain my business. That showed me that I didn't even matter to them.

Charles Schwab is absolutely horrendous. They have taken completely unacceptable and uncalled for action to my accounts. CS MV branch itself was okay... It was initially an awkward interaction and greeting. I think front desk presumed I was not a client. Really strange. Would hope that Schwab would treat me like a client at the very least, and a valued client preferably. I would not recommend trading with Schwab as their online platform is seriously flawed. You will make pointless calls to staff that are incompetent, indifferent, or both.
