When I was a young man I gathered the nerve to visit Charles Schmitt Rolls Royce on Kingshighway in St. Louis. Thinking they would either put me out or just dismiss me I was totally wrong. They greeted me as if anytime in my life I could return and purchase their most expensive model. I always remembered that and appreciated it.
