The doc was running late, so after an hour and no end in sight, we had to go. The 2 receptionists were so rude. No smile no greeting no apology. Brittany was the worst. I've never seen such rudeness in a doctor's office. We won't be back. There are other doctors to see that respect their patients better than this.
The Dr. Is always 2-3 + hours late, every appointment we had. He doesn'teven get there until 11 or 12 we were told by staff (Diamondhead) Very, very unprofessional to say the least. I'd only use this Dr. As a last resort! So out of 5 stars, I'd give -1☆
I waited awhile for his appt, but when I finally got in the wait was worth it. He didnt rush me or seem wanting to rush, he listened to me without interrupting, he examined me and gave his professional opinion. He scheduled my back injections within a week, which is pretty fast. Believe me the original wait for the first appointment was well worth it.
He scheduled my appointment for 9:15 and it’s now 11:10 and still have not seen the Dr. this is ridiculous! And very unprofessional!!!
