Dr. Safely and the in-person staff are great. The call center that handles their scheduling is awful. They have wasted our time on multiple occasions by scheduling appointments for sonograms on days where there is no sonographer present. Also, when you call them, you have to wait 45 minutes to an hour just to get on the phone with someone. The agent on the other end is ESL, and while they are nice, they clearly lack the information about what is going on in the actual clinic. I was very rudely helped by a lady who answered my phone when I was just trying to get information all this after holding for 20 minutes just for her to hang up on me . never have I experienced something like this at an OB/GYN I had always feel comfortable, but this clinic is definitely not when I will be visiting
I was nervous meeting Dr. Safely after my doctor retired but realized right away that I had nothing to worry about. Dr. Safely took plenty of time talking with me and making me comfortable. The staff were just as great. When they say they’re going to take care of something, they do. I’ve been a patient for several years now and I’m so grateful to have found a doctor and staff that truly cares. Would highly recommend.
I’m updating my review. I had a visit two weeks ago with Charles Safely. Never got a call for my lab results from the doctor. Two weeks pass by and I still haven’t heard anything from this office about my results. On 10/13 I called and talked to a medical assistant and recorded the phone call and discussed my lab results and asked for a referral out to an endocrinologist. The medical assistant said that he would take the endocrinologist office down and send the information to the doctor to draw up the referral. Well here we ... read more
