The worst customer service. They never call back and when they do finally answer the phone, it’s rude and disrespectful coupled with condescending, impatient and unprofessional care. Today, I was told to shut up by the guy who answered the phone. When I asked to speak to the broker, I was left on hold for 20 minutes. When I called back again, the broker, Monica, was extremely impatient (I am a senior citizen) telling me she didn’t have time to answer my questions and just hung up on me. Shame on you!
Literally a scam and you should never deal with them. They sent me an unsolicited text message. Who decides to sell their house to someone that is texting them out of the blue? Shady business do shady business practices like this.
Our realtor was Stacey Archie, promised the world delivered nothing. Said they give a gift card, didn't get one. Told us her broker said they were doing some repairs none happened. Complained to us that her commission was cut. Sent texts asking about promises made, she choose not to respond. Please beware of this agency.
