Such a nasty realtor Manuel Mulet, came to my property knowing that I still live here for a showing. Arrived in a different time, let my front door wide open for 45 min, came inside to use my restroom and later left the lockbox unlocked. The nasties and most unprofessional behavior to handle business.
Sleazy unprofessional business. I never contacted this business in any way. However I started receiving spam junk emails from them because my property was listed for sale with another broker. Charles Rutenberg is so desperate for business they located my personal email address and started sending me unsolicited offers.
One of your agents in a black truck with your logo decided to throw trash out their window while driving down the road.
