Literally a scam and you should never deal with them. They sent me an unsolicited text message. Who decides to sell their house to someone that is texting them out of the blue? Shady business do shady business practices like this.
Our realtor was Stacey Archie, promised the world delivered nothing. Said they give a gift card, didn't get one. Told us her broker said they were doing some repairs none happened. Complained to us that her commission was cut. Sent texts asking about promises made, she choose not to respond. Please beware of this agency.
We worked with Rebecca Hopson and she is one of the most honest, trustworthy, friendly, and outgoing people I've ever met. She was with us from start to finish and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. She was never more than a phone call away, always answered her phone, and made sure we were comfortable with everything going on. I won't buy or sell a house with anyone else ever again.
I worked with Dan Cummings of Charles Rutenberg Realty. I don’t have a lot of experience using real estate agents, as I have only closed on three properties in my whole life.
