Dear Dr. Ruggeroli, your staff is the first connection to you, so if they make mistakes that cost people time and effort, ultimately you are responsible for that. When you get all the way to the point where you have had multiple conversations with staff, and been told over the phone your insurance is accepted and you drive 18 minutes away to the office to sign a waiver for medical record transfers, THEN find out your healthcare isn't accepted, that's just not ok.
