I have been to this office for years but this time I had to wait 1 hour before being admitted. What is point of making a appointment, they are over booking. Once inside the staff and doctor were very professional.
Being that it was my first time going to Sterling in Bristol, I felt very comfortable. The staff were beyond friendly, and as my first time meeting Dr. Robinson, he was exceptionally kind, loved his personality. The doctor was so thorough examining my eyes, that I felt confident he will be a good match for me. I sincerely want to say thank you to everyone.
