Recently I bought a 44039 Polar Express set from CRSC. One car had a small but bothersome (to me) scratch on the top, so I called and requested a return label. It was provided, and I returned to item, asking that they send the replacement by way of another carrier than the USPS. It was sent, in good time and great condition, via FEDEX.
