I went to this doctors office in July of 2025 presenting with severe abdominal pain. This office failed to schedule timely scans. They ordered an ultrasound that was for a month and a half away from the time of the appointment. I gave up feeling I was not believed or respected. I went to the ER March 2026 last week. They did an ER ultrasound and a CT with contrast. I have a gall bladder with stones and sludge, a tumor on my pancreas and tumors yes plural in my stomach. Whats the point of this if they cant give an appointment even when you are extremely sick. Rarely i called for last minute appointments but when i did they just said they dont have any. Everytime i have visited for annual physical i hardly saw any patients and this is the reason they give- we are fully booked. Good that this happened/ i got a reality check- will switch to someone else

My experience at the office of Dr. Prakash Bandari M.D. at Charles River Medical has been nothing but incredibly pleasant. This is a doctor with many years experience behind him and has never once treated me like he didn't want to help me or be there doing his due-diligence. I will be sad when the day comes that I can no longer see my PCP and treating physician.
