I went in for an ultrasound and had Amy C. I was in severe pain from holding my urine in too long and she worked swiftly and professionally. She gave me much reassurance and check in with me regularly throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. Amy C bed manners gave me peace of mind that I was in the right hands. Even the front desk staff took my pain seriously and went to notify Amy C. of my situation before I went in for the procedure. I highly recommend the Charles River Radiology department.
Went to radiology department for ultrasound and I had Amy C. She was a doll. She made me feel really comfortable, considerate about not getting gel on me and was as gentle as she could with the prob. She conversed with me during the procedure and made me feel heard, took all the pictures and measurements, even though the concern I was there for was already improving. I have been using this facility for years and they are top notch! I go to a Dr. in the CRMA group and they send me here for all my imaging (except MRIs) and the results are posted on my Patient Gateway very quickly.
Worse experience I have ever experienced in my life. Clinic is outdated. Office had no heating working. Dr had no table… just everything looked improvised. The assistant (front desk) that helps the dr is impatient and rude. Blood drawn incorrectly as it have hit my nerve and caused shooting pain all over my arm up to my armpit. Had bruises for weeks.
