I did a lot of searching before deciding to move into Charles River Landing. It has been a great experience so far! When you come in to find a unit, they are nice as pie. Just wait until you sign the lease! Once you are moved in, the world changes. Repair requests are viewed as “you are a problem.” They are difficult to get completed. When you have concerns or questions, they say, “We will look into it and get back to you.” Generally the follow up is inconsistent at best. I moved in 3/2016. I disagree with one of the reviews saying how loud it is hear and how rude people are. I barely hear anyone let alone see anyone. Those who I have met - are very friendly. I love living here & feel that this building is a very safe place to live. I have also referred a few people to consider moving here. :)
