I got in for a OCD therapist fully covered by my insurance mass health on a waiting list for less then 2 months. I have been looking since 2021 .we could only find out of pocket. Even my mom who has private insurance couldn't find anyone. I don't start seeing her until next week but just this itself was A HUGE accomplishment. Update I have been seeing my therapist for 3 months and she's great :)

The best in the business at letting patients slip through the cracks, and there are a lot of cracks.
The new lady at the front desk literally talked over me the entire phone call. Front desk's attitude is everything. Especially at a therapists office. Very bad face for the center.
