Very irresponsible center! Staff extremely rude hanging up on clients. Dropping clients without reasons. Lying about the fumes from the carpets. The young anorexic counselor needed an immediate intervention. I hope she got help with the way she looked at a 2 oz cup of water and shivering with a heavy sweater on.
I got in for a OCD therapist fully covered by my insurance mass health on a waiting list for less then 2 months. I have been looking since 2021 .we could only find out of pocket. Even my mom who has private insurance couldn't find anyone. I don't start seeing her until next week but just this itself was A HUGE accomplishment. Update I have been seeing my therapist for 3 months and she's great :)
