He made me and my husband feel comfortable. He gave me reassurance that it was not just me thinking there was a problem. He told us step by step on what the procedure would happen in the procedure. Also, the day of the surgery he came and spoke to my husband and I to go over what was going to happen. During the procedure anytime he would do something he would make sure I was aware of it. Very positive, patient-friendly environment which made the experience worthwhile. Dr. Sullivan always encourages me to speak out and tell him my desired outcomes. The staff was very polite. They were not rushed and did not hurry me.
