Amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door. Kia was fabulous and helped me relax. My OR nurse and anesthesiologist were awesome and kept me calm before my surgery (sorry I was a bit loopy and forgot your names) and of course Dr. Lin was a master with the surgery and is so down to earth and kind. Thank you guys for keeping this anxious girl calm and occupied ahead of surgery and after. Yall rock!
They were not organized at all. Our appointment was for 11:00 AM, but they didn’t attend to us until 4:15 PM

CRMC Surgery Center is excellent! I had arthroscopic knee surgery with Dr. Matthew Thompson on Monday and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The receptionist greeted everyone warmly and the wait was minimal. My nurse, Erica, was great and both Dr. Thompson and the anesthesiologist explained their plan before I went to the OR. I was discharged with detailed discharge instructions 3 hours after arrival.
