They were not organized at all. Our appointment was for 11:00 AM, but they didn’t attend to us until 4:15 PM

CRMC Surgery Center is excellent! I had arthroscopic knee surgery with Dr. Matthew Thompson on Monday and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The receptionist greeted everyone warmly and the wait was minimal. My nurse, Erica, was great and both Dr. Thompson and the anesthesiologist explained their plan before I went to the OR. I was discharged with detailed discharge instructions 3 hours after arrival. Fantastic staff and nurses. They were so kind and helpful during this scary time. Even though this surgical center is 45 minutes from my house, I would go again to ensure I have such a pleasant experience.
