Ivanhoe is truly a gem. But unfortunately this business is not the best to use when purchasing property here. You are best hiring another realtor (one that is actually licensed,) or doing FSBO (just find a broker who can do the contracts correctly for you) so you can avoid the inflated pricing. We have been trying to purchase property here for YEARS, and each year it became apparent that that this company are not keen to inviting outsiders unless its "friend of friend".
