Avoid Charles Rappa Real Estate. Rent is cheap for the area, but it is not worth the many headaches you will receive. Dave Rappa, John Sutton, and Janet Palermo are three of the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. For three years, they allowed a single tenant at Ramblewood to systematically harass half of this complex with her drama that was often fueled by alcohol.
