Made an appointment for my disabled mother and sister six months ago, show up this morning for the appointment and they felt now it was the time to tell us insurance wouldn’t see them. They couldn’t have looked into this a week prior? The front desk people were also very rude about. Needless to say we will be looking for another eye doctor. It’s not like Dr Hughes was ever that kind anyways!
Dr. Hughes has served as my eye doctor for more than 30 years. He is excellent, professional, concerned, and pardon the pun, insightful. He has been available for regular check-ups and emergency situations.
