Excellent doctor! Very professional, patient, and communicates very clearly. As a Hispanic, I truly appreciate that, since I’ve been to other doctors who weren’t as patient or clear. He made me feel comfortable and truly listened to my concerns. I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received and will definitely continue seeing him when needed. Highly recommend — 10/10 experience!
Dr. Hanckel is an Excellent Caring Physician, and I would happily see him for any future medical needs.
What an abysmal experience. Takes weeks to get simple requests back. Was told I was severely deficient in B12, but weeks later I’m still trying to get a prescription for the B12 injections. Doc: Send the prescription already and advise on IBUs needed for the others like I requested two weeks ago and I’ll adjust the review. If you’re too busy then please don’t take new patients.
