STAY AWAY! CON ARTISTS! I would give 0 stars if I could. I called Don Charles Plumbing for a simple shower faucet install, toilet re-install, and vanity faucet install. They proceeded to give me a day and time when they would be there, and never showed. I called and they said they would be there the next day, and never showed. Charged me $1300..didn't fix the problem and then high tailed it to Costa Rica. Cost me $4000 more to fix everything he did. Putting in 3" pipe instead of 2" to match the house with 2 uneven fernco's caused instant back ups. Nightmare
