Childhood trauma and dental phobia thanks to Dr. Brenner who caused so much pain during a dental procedure...that I nevet wanted to return to the dentist. That was over 30 years ago and I still remember crying from pain and him being insensitive. I couldn't wait to leave that place.
Dr. Brenner is a s'adist. Told my sister she needed over a dozen teeth extracted when she was young. The first round of pulling teeth, she started screaming halfway through the procedure because she could feel it. He told her to shut up, held her down, and pulled them out anyway. Do not trust your children with him.
We have been with Dr Brenner for a long time!!! My boys are now 28 and 30 and only stopped going when they were too big for chair. Our 17 year old daughter has been going since she was 2! Although we were sorry to see Dr Brenner retire, he has chosen wisely with Dr Lewis to carry on his practice. The hygienists and assistants are always attentive, kind and patient with all ages that I’ve seen. Will be sorry when it’s time to move on but enjoying Dr Lewis until we do;)
Dr Brenner was wonderful, we were always seen on time & in and out quickly. But the dentist that bought his practice Dr Jean Lewis, is rude, condescending and disrespectful. Everything was in chaos and unorganized. They were running behind and no apologies were offered nor did she seem to care. She also claims my daughter has 7 cavities when she’s been going to Dr Brenner regularly for over 10 years. We will not be returning and have moved on to a new dentist, who found one cavity, not seven.
We had a terrible experience, he is old and grumpy and should not be working with children. Even his staff were rude, I would never take my children there again.
