I’ve stopped writing reviews but I had to share our a wonderful experience working with Mr Patrick! I stopped by to get my engagement ring inspected and was given the most exceptional service. He was very welcoming and patient in explaining to me his assessment. Charles Patrick Jewelry is quite a unique shop; I can only describe our visit as warm, fun, and memorable. I’ve found my go-to jeweller for all future repairs. Would strongly recommend his services. What a hidden gem in the middle of FiDi!
Absolutely wonderful experience! I went in to have my new watch resized and Charles + his son were so kind and lovely. They were so fast and even gave the watch a complimentary shine along with my other jewelry. I will br bringing all of my watches and jewelry here from now on
I would give Charles 10 stars if I could!!!! I went to him at 11am with my engagement ring needing to me resized. I had gone to another jeweler who told me it would cost $260 and 2 weeks do it, but Charles said oh no I'll have it in 48 hours for half the price. He texted me at 5 PM (barely 8 hours later!!!) telling me my ring was ready for pickup the SAME day. He did the most incredible job and I trusted him from the minute I spoke with him. I HIGHLY reccomend him for anything you need fixed. It is in excellent hands.
So glad I found Charles! He was able to help me same day.
