It was a real pleasure dealing with Charles. EVERYTHING I wanted he served me with white glove service He was so open and not hiding anything, he gave me a spear tire, showed me the address for the supermarket, so pleasant, I would give him 10 stars if possible
I met Charles a month before I ended up buying a car. I wasn’t ready then to purchase and he understood. He didn’t pressure or bother me but when I enquired about a different car a month later he was ready to show it to me. It was nice to be shown a car by someone I had met before. We ended up buying that car and Charles was extremely helpful and professional during the process. He went above and beyond and got me a replacement part even after I purchased the car!

Your customer service was definitely top tier I recommend you 100% to anyone that’s looking to purchase a vehicle.
Charles was great! He was very nice, respectful and I genuinely enjoyed chatting with him. I didn't end up buying a car from Paragon Honda because the car had unexpected issue that were out of his control.
