It was a great visit. Dr. Nowak is personable, concerned, attentive and respectful. He addressed each of my concerns with professionalism and acknowledgment. I am happy that he is my doctor and is always there for me.
Everyone was awesome, hospital interior is very cheerful makes you feel welcome and cared for.
I was pleased with Dr. Nowak when I saw him. His office rescheduled me many times at different occasions. In fact, on one occasion I got rescheduled so many times. I waited to see Dr. Nowak for two months. I was accommodating and would reschedule. After the office had rescheduled me, I was running four minutes late to my appointment and called to tell them I was running late. I then arrived eight minutes late and they said I had to reschedule which is very frustrating. Unfortunately I will be changing doctors.
