Owner is dishonest and the facilities are sub-par and gross. I recommend you look at all the 1-2 star reviews to understand the kind of person you will be dealing with. I submitted a BBB complaint, and it was ignored also. Talked to the owner on the phone the day after we arrived about the toilet problems and bugs. Then followed up with this email to the owner, "Attached is the video I told you I would send of the bugs crawling around the shower. Worst of the worst 1) No one there to greet at 3 pm saturday when I called I was given a door code and told key was on table 2) room was stuffy so I put on AC smelled like mold 3) drew a bath because the soaker tub looked amazing to find many bodily hairs from another floating 4)ask for a blow dryer via text and Andrews response was "NOPE" last and worst 5) bed bugs left at midnight to drive 2 hours home requested a refund and I was ignored then blocked Most unprofessional and rude customer service I have ever seen or been a... read more
