This place is a joke. If you have been a patient for 20 years and give them a courtesy call while it’s pouring down rain and tell them you’re going to be five minutes late and are two minutes from the office, they’ll still tell you you’ll have to pay a late fee, even when no other patient is in the office. Then Dr. Nardi will refuse to provide a verbal explanation and the office manager will tell you he is going to mail you a letter.
