I booked a gel manicure and highlights /lowlights. When I called on the phone, I asked if they free form or use tips. I was informed they free formed. Come to find out when I got there and the owner was doing my nails she does not free form, she uses tips. I was very disappointed. Maybe my expectations are too high, but I expect my hands to look top notch when I leave. I had to ask her twice to trim my cuticles. My hands are uneven.
