I was in the room with the dentist alone and she barely put the numbing gel on my gums. I couldn't even taste it.Then she put 4-5 shots in my gums right away and really fast. When injecting the novocaine, she pushed it hard and fast not slowly like it should be done. I felt she was being hateful. Then she gave me another one in the roof of my mouth and said this is going to hurt. I screamed and said you are fast and she agreed. She didn't even apologize. Very unethical and unprofessional.
First off I have to say this was the worst experience with dentistry I have ever had. The appointments were more for my Grandmother, but I take care of her full time. Also, this review is more directed towards the staff rather than the doctor herself. Although she should think more about hiring different people. Sadly that staff can dictate whether or not we stay with that office. My grandmother needed her wisdom tooth extracted surgically, and it had been almost impossible to find someone that
had a great experience at this office the staff is great and helpful, DR. Charles is very gentle at what she does and has a great attitude.
I had a tooth that need to be pulled. Of course, no insurance ! Family Dentistry took me in right away and at a very great price for dental work. They are life savers and very helpful to the communicate with people with no insurance.
I was a new patient with a tooth that needed to be removed. I called the office and the response time was very quickly. They took me in the next day. The office personal was very nice and helpful. Dr. Guzman is the best dentist I have every been to, and I have had many encounters. I highly recommend her. She is very good at what she does, and very accommodating. If you are looking for a good dentist that will work with, you she is the doctor for you. Look no further!!!! Greatly appreciated, Donald Williams March 23, 2011
We love this practice. Dr. Charles is fast and very good. We would not go anywhere else.
