I always get excellent care from Dr Mess and the Center for Advanced Orthopaedics. It is pleasure to deal with him
Dr. Mess and the entire staff including the llphysical therapy area are absolutely first class! Professional staff, caring doctors, the best in the area! The people that arrange appointments need to be better informed. I called for a specific appointment to have injections done. The person assured me that the injections were in stock at the office- just come in and get them taken care of. When I arrived the doctor informed me that the office had to get approval from my insurance company first. What a waste of time!
Always have my needs taken care of. Great experience every time I see Dr Mess.
My last appointment with Dr. Mess was two years . As my comments before, that appointment were definitely five star. So in two years time nothing has changed. The office is most efficient pleasant welcoming and accommodating. I gave a friend Dr. Mess as a referral for her knees. As well, she was most satisfied with the practice.
