In the middle of a pandemic, the Dentist does not wear a mask or shield when being within inches of patients! Daily patient schedules are in plain site for other patients to see, not even flipped over to ensure patient confidiality. Bloody equipment is often left by assistant in rooms to be cleaned up the next day.
