Water heater went out on Friday afternoon. Technician provided free advice over the phone. When that troubleshooting didn't work, he came out. Unit required replacement. He provided a quote, and mentioned we could get it installed on the weekend (for an upcharge). He made sure his companion technician was available on the weekend for the install. Really good service.
