Jacob came out (again :) prior to the predicted heat wave and checked on our AC system. He went over every one of his observations and advised us where we were at and what we needed to do to maintain our HVAC system and keep it running at its highest efficiency. He is knowledgeable and informative. The company remains on our go to list for service. They are still at the top of their game.

We have been customers for years. We have two AC units & two furnaces. McDuffee replaced our units when we required & services them every year. They are very thorough. Highly recommended.

We used them for the first time. Jacob the technician that cleaned our air conditioner unit, was very nice, professional and knowledgeable! Thank you! Will definitely call them back to schedule furnace cleaning in the fall!
