Disappointing experience – complete waste of time I booked a specific appointment in advance to test drive a 2026 RAV4. I drove all the way to the dealership, only to be told upon arrival that they didn’t have a single RAV4 available to drive. It is incredibly frustrating that no one bothered to check inventory or notify me over the phone when I was making the appointment. A simple heads-up would have saved my day. Poor communication and lack of respect for customers' time.

Very disappointing experience with Group 1 Toyota North Austin Collision Center. I was told my 2022 Toyota Camry would be repaired within 15–20 days after insurance approval, but it ended up taking nearly two months. They did an excellent job fixing my Highlander. The repair was completed quickly, and the vehicle runs smoothly now—highly recommended.

It’s been 2 months since we left our truck at the collision center. They took forever to just start the repairs and now they want us to wait 2-3 more weeks until they receive another check even when they received an screenshot with the proof that the check is on the way. We tried speaking with a manager and he didn't care. This happens when employees are getting paid per hour, they just don’t care because it’s not their vehicle.

I have unfortunately had to take my car here twice in the last year, both due to not-at-fault accidents. What should have been an incredible frustrating back to back experience ended up being easy because of these guys level of service. Constant updates to the point where I never felt the need to check in, and gave me my car back spotless and cleaner than when I left it.
