My car was broken into and there was damage to the door, so I brought it to Toyota for repairs. They took TWO MONTHS to fix it. When I got it back, there were paint drips, scratches on the new paint, and damaged trim — it looked like they removed the trim again for whatever reason after painting, and that’s what caused the scratches and trim damage. Axel was awesome very professional, informative, helpful, just top notch. Took quite longer then expected and had a issue 20 minutes after leaving but axel handled promptly.
