Office is small, dingy, not modern at all, that's for sure! The patient rooms are EVEN SMALLER, like crowded! I noticed that they have a foot bath in my pt room--this is NOT allowed in the state of NJ! I waited for Charles my doctor for a long time, about 30mins, unacceptable! Helped with my ulcers on foot was both feet got right under control. Let foot. Problems. Great care
I understand the doctors are great, but did not even see any of them since I cancelled my appointment due to the level of rudeness I received from the receptionist who called to confirm the appointment. I asked for the link to the site so I could print the docs and that led to a very demeaning “If you’ll listen to me sir, I will tell you”, but then I was asked if I have internet access and a printer. I worked for them years ago. Both Dr. Eglow and Dr. Kurtzer will always hold a place in my heart. As doctors, they are absolutely fantastic. As bosses, they are extremely willing to teach, listen and guide. They are two of the best doctors that I have worked for to date. If I hadn't moved I would still be there, 15 years later. I couldn't have asked for two better doctors to teach and guide me. Plus take care of me when I needed attention. The love and respect I have for them is endless. Had a great experience here ! My daughter broke her foot and Dr.Eglow was so nice and personable as well as all the front desk staff . If any future appointments are needed we will definitely return here .
