Dr. Hulsey damaged my bridge during braces and now I have to replace the bridge, and doctor don't feel any responsibilities for it. Horrible He placed three brackets on the bridge. A first bracket came out after three month, and a second bracket came out six month later. None of those brackets were placed back, where in the same time Dr. Hulsey pulled all my upper teeth to the right with two chains (metal and rubber), so when the second bracket came out doctor still connected upper teeth to the middle bracket of the bridge. ... read more
