Dr is caring and very knowledgeable. He takes his time and listens to what you say. I highly recommend him and feel we are in great hands.
Dr. Charles Defendorf is my Primary Physician. I cannot stop raving about Dr. Defendorf. I know when I have an appointment with him, that all my questions and concerns will be addressed without being rushed. He explains everything to me in terms that I can fully understand. My former primary care physician’s patient contact time was becoming less and less due to the size of his practice. The last draw was when he had his receptionist phone me and said I needed to see a specialist. No answers just a statement. I decided to seek a new primary care doctor. I’m glad I did. I recently had my annual exam with Dr Defendorf He was very thorough and professional. I never felt rushed. He listens to me and answered all my questions and made valuable suggestions. Definitely meets and exceeds my expectation of a caring primary care physician. I’m glad he belongs to Penn Medical.
Dr. Defendorf is a very patient and compassionate physician. He exhibits a great deal of knowledge and understanding when it comes to various maladies presented to him. I am grateful he is my primary physician.
