At my annual physical, I always receive excellent, professional care and have given Dr. Lozier five star reviews because he certainly deserved it. However, I have encountered deplorable service when needing refills on prescriptions. Have had to leave numerous messages and no one calls back. Have been left in severe pain on more than one occasion because I couldn't get them to refill prescriptions timely and their office staff doesn't seem to care. Listens to you doesn't come in for 3 minutes and leaves first time in along time that i talked with the doctor longer then i talked to the nurse like other places
Competent friendly and collaborative. and all the specialties are available when needed
Very kind, caring, and professional with a great staff. Listens to your concerns or issues with empathy. Glad to have him as my Doctor. Would highly recommend!
