I highly recommend Dr. Layman if you're in need of any hand or arm surgeries. I was so fortunate to have him do my carpal tunnel surgeries for both of my hands. His work was exceptional and so was his advice. I'm a former cosmetologist and had several issues with my hands and arms. Dr. Layman gave me the most honest and best advice I had ever received from a doctor. He informed me that I would need potentially 10 more surgeries if I were going to continue in my profession. I had to follow up with him after an emergency room visit for nearly cutting off my left thumb as he is a specialist, a microsurgeon. He was absolutely wonderful, made sure I knew everything that was going on with my care, answered all of my questions and was always patient with me and never seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next appointment as it is in most doctor's offices. I would recommend him to anyone who needs that type of physician.
