Would honestly give 0 stars if I could. “Dr” Wolff performed spinal surgery on me and he treated me as if I was an inconvenience to him before my surgery. Red flag #1. Then after the surgery I had an allergic reaction to the pain med in hospital, and it took him HOURS to finally call back and give the OK for another med.. it didn’t work whatsoever for the excruciating pain, and he REFUSED to prescribe anything else. Dr. Charles Wolff refuses to treat patients’ pain, even less than 24 hours after spinal surgery. Disgusting. Dont become a physician if you aren’t looking to genuinely care for patients.

Diagnosed with prolapsed cervical disc 20 years ago which was infrequently and mildly problematic. In November 2020 it became an acute condition which was not resolved with medications and/or traditional interventions. Another Neurologist in the area failed to respond to any request to expediate an appointment given my acute condition. The staff is constantly changing, you will sit a long time in his waiting area and then in the back for a five minute visit, lack of communication in notes... Just go somewhere else!

For 7 years I saw every back Dr in Pensacola. I was told, there's nothing wrong or I can't help you without explaining why or they wouldn't call back. Finally got in to see Dr Wolff. He looks at the MRI and said,"here's your problem, I believe I can fix you." That was 3 years ago and I haven't had a problem since. 6 weeks ago he did a SI joint fusion. My lower back would lock up and I couldn't walk and the pain was unbearable. Since that surgery, my back hasn't locked and I can walk. I would recommend Dr Wolff to anyone. He ... read more

I was in terrible pain and seeking help. I was wheeled into his office slumped sideways in the wheelchair. Dr Wolff did his magic and there was minimal post surgical pain. He fixed the problem.

Zero stars. Horrible "Dr". Rude, doesn't let you speak, and just tries to get you out of the room fast as possible. Hard to get appointment because he is so busy but there is never anyone there but you. Waste of my time and good oxygen.

I am elated that Dr. Wolff is back in Pensacola....I had given up hope that I would ever have him again as my doctor....He is the Greatest Neurosurgeon! I had four brain surgeries and my sister begged him to take over my case because my current Dr. had done the first three, I had died twice, and I was dying.... Dr. Wolff took my case and saved my life.....He was a Godsend to me and I will never forget what he did for me....The Medical Center is really blessed to have this Great Doctor!!!
