Yearly exam. Great doctor always treats me with respect,ask all the right questions and speaks to me honesty and compassion
Great Customer Service all around! From being on the phone, to walking in the office for my appointment. I was well taken care of by all staff members
I always have a great experience when seeing Dr. Carroll. He cares about my health and answers all my questions. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
I like the fact they guide you in your healthcare.And treat you with respect.
I've been seeing Dr. Carroll for several years now. He's an easy guy to talk to and he's willing to take time with you. They also don't take you to an exam room and just leave you there. EDIT: As I have gotten older I need more prescription medications and now in order to save money I get those through the mail. It is kind of a pain in the butt but it saves a lot of money and I'm sure it's a pain for Dr. Carrol and his assistant Erin too. But as troublesome as it is they have been very helpful in keeping it all worked out.
