Love this Dr office and I hope with the new changes to staff and Dr. 's retiring I hope the new ones are as wonderful as Dr Johnson. Although my phone calls have not been answered all day I'm still giving a positive review because I know change takes time.
Up until recently I NEVER had a issue with this office. I was recently seen for a pinched nerve in my neck the Dr was actually really good. I was given medication and referred for physical therapy because I was losing feeling in my fingers and the Dr wanted me to start therapy ASAP. I called the physical therapy office THE DAY of being referred. They hadn't received my referral. Three days later still no referral.
