It's not the underwriting that's the issue. It's the lack of a basic understanding of documentation and procedures and lack of follow through by the staff that make working with this office an adventure full of dysfunction and incompetence.

This place is awesome... Heather and Ashley are absolutely awesome employees who are such an asset to that office... Heather added a health policy to my auto policy and after being put in the hospital for heart issues, State Farm paid me $5,000 just for staying in the hospital.... I would recommend these folks all day every day... thank y'all
This office is either run by idiots or they're actively trying to rip people off, either way you should look elsewhere
HORRIBLE! They dropped my insurance and they still charged my card for insurance AFTER THEY DROPPED me!!!
