My Cardiologist since 2005. None better!! He’s gotten me through 2 pacemakers, #3 coming up. TIAs, stroke, blocked carotid artery surgery, 4 stents, and a leaking Aortic value to be replaced, and he remains superior in all areas. My dear Doctor/ Friend. Thank you for being there for me.
Since moving back to Portland (Corpus Area) from Houston I have found very few (2) good doctors. Dr. Schechter is one of the 2!
Dr. Schecter is friendly and caring. He spends a lot of time in the exam room with you and all exams are thorough. He makes sure all medications are up to date and are able to be taken with other medication. His nurses are super nice.
I have been seeing Dr. Schechter for the last 3 years. I don't normally leave reviews on individuals but I feel as though it would be a travisty not inform the public how wonderful Dr. Schechter is. Years ago I had an episode & I had went to another Dr office to try & find out what was wrong with my heart. I left feeling defeated with no answers. A friend recommended Dr Schechter's office. Dr. Schechter is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I feel confident going to him for any cardiology concerns. I usually visit once a year and he always does a thorough exam including EKG, ECG and stress test. He is very easy to talk to, very friendly and approachable. I'm happy to have a doctor the caliber of Dr. Schecter here in Corpus Christi.
