Excellent Service in a timely fashion. A very friendly and helpful staff that made you feel at ease.
Great experience. I don’t get my eyes checked much but they made the experience comfortable and quick.
Appointment time was 10:15am and as I am a new patient I showed up 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I wasn’t called back until 11:30am - an hour and 15 minutes behind my scheduled appointment time. After I got my eyes dilated by the tech (who was lovely) I am waiting again to see a doctor. It’s been 2 hours since my original appointment time and I am still sitting here. I was only in for an annual check up.
Do not go here unless you have all day to wait and if you don't mind being treated poorly by front office staff.
