I booked an appointment three months in advance specifically to see Dr. Chao. I chose this office only because I wanted to be seen by this particular doctor, and I waited patiently for my appointment date. When I arrived, I was told without any prior notice that I had been assigned to a different doctor because Dr. Chao “was not coming that day.” I asked the front desk why I was scheduled for Thursday if they knew she would only be in on Monday. Wait wasn't long despite one of the doctors being out, very professional office, doctor explained everything to me and took his time to do so.
Dr. Crane was absolutely amazing. My 2 year old needed a cyst removed above her eye and he did a wonderful job. He was caring, patient and super attentive. My daughter loved him. I highly recommend him. The office staff was also very friendly and organized. They provided a wonderful experience from the start of checking in until you checked out and left.
My wife had her cataract surgery here about 25 years ago or so and she had an excellent experience. When I was looking for an ophthalmologist, it was obvious then that I'd come here. My first appointment went smoothly and I'm now waiting on my next appointments for my cataract surgery.
